Find solutions to common issues with Shareables.

Common Issues

Embed Not Loading

If your embed isn’t displaying:

1. Check the embed URL - Ensure the URL is correct and the embed is published
2. Check browser console - Look for JavaScript errors
3. Verify domain settings - Make sure your domain is allowed in embed settings

Data Not Updating

If your data isn’t syncing from Airtable:

1. Check connection status - Visit Dashboard → Connections
2. Refresh the connection - Click “Refresh” on your base connection
3. Verify Airtable permissions - Ensure Shareables still has access to your base

Styling Issues

If styles aren’t applying correctly:

1. Clear browser cache - Force refresh with Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
2. Check CSS conflicts - Your site’s CSS might be overriding embed styles
3. Use iframe embed - Iframes are more isolated from parent page styles

Slow Loading

If your embed is loading slowly:

1. Reduce data - Filter your view to show fewer records
2. Optimize images - Use compressed images in Airtable
3. Enable pagination - Break data into pages instead of loading all at once
