Billing

Manage your payment methods, subscription, and invoices.

Manage Your Billing

Billing is managed through our secure Stripe customer portal.

  1. Go to SettingsAccount
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. From the Stripe portal you can:
    • Update payment methods
    • View and download invoices
    • Change your subscription
    • Cancel your subscription

Proration

Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, you’ll be charged a prorated amount immediately. This covers the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to have access to your current plan’s features until then.

Promotion Codes

You can apply promotion codes during checkout when subscribing or upgrading. If you have a promotion code for an existing subscription, you can apply it through the Stripe customer portal.

Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Annual plans include a 33% discount
  • Billing occurs on the same date each month/year

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You’ll receive an email notification
  2. Update your payment method within 7 days
  3. We’ll retry the payment automatically

After multiple failed payment attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Invoices

All invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal:

  1. Go to SettingsAccount
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. View your invoice history and download PDFs

Refunds

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for annual plans. Contact sendtoryanwalker@gmail.com for assistance.
