AITable Integration

Connect your AITable datasheets to create beautiful, embeddable widgets. AITable is an AI-powered spreadsheet-database platform and Airtable alternative.

Connecting AITable

Click Connect AITable

From the connection modal, click Connect AITable. If you’ve connected before, you can select a previous connection from the dropdown.

Enter your API Token

You’ll need your AITable API Token — a Personal Access Token generated from AITable’s Developer settings.

Your API token is stored securely and is only used to read data from your AITable account.

Select your data

Select a Space
Select a Datasheet
Select a View (optional)

Done!

Your AITable data is now connected and ready to display in your widget.

Finding your API Token

Log in to aitable.ai
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
Go to User Center
Navigate to Developer
Click Generate Token, give it a name, and copy the token

Keep your API token private. Never share it publicly or commit it to version control.

Managing Multiple Connections

You can add multiple AITable connections (different tokens):

Switch connections — Use the dropdown to select a different connected account
Add new connection — Click “Connect new account” to add another token

How Data Refreshes

Your published widget uses smart caching to balance performance with data freshness. You can choose between On widget load (default) or Real-time refresh modes.

Troubleshooting

Invalid API token

Double-check that you’ve copied the full API Token from your AITable Developer settings. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the token.

No spaces found

Make sure your API token has access to at least one space. If you recently created your AITable account, try creating a space first.

Datasheet not appearing

Check that your space contains datasheets. If you just created a new space, you may need to add a datasheet in AITable before it appears.

Failed to fetch data

Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, get in touch.
