Pricing Tables Widget

Display pricing plans, feature comparisons, and billing options powered by your Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or Stackby data.

Layout Modes

When creating a Pricing widget, choose from the following templates:

Feature Comparison Table

A side-by-side comparison table with feature rows, checkmarks, and a highlighted recommended plan. Ideal for detailed plan comparisons.

Pricing Tiers Cards

A card-based layout with billing toggle, feature lists, and highlighted plans. Great for SaaS and subscription pricing pages.

Pricing List

A clean table list layout with sortable columns, filters, and detail pages. Good for comparing many plans at a glance.

Getting Started

  1. Click New Widget from your dashboard
  2. Select Pricing Comparison from the widget picker
  3. Choose your layout (Feature Table, Tiers Cards, or List)
  4. Connect your data source
  5. Your pricing widget will automatically display your plans

Each layout is a separate template. You can preview them all before selecting one.

Configuration

Pricing configuration is handled in the Pricing tab in the Creator. The key settings are:

Plan & Price Columns

Map your data columns to define which column contains plan names and which contains prices.

Feature Columns

Select the columns that represent features to display in your pricing table. Features with values like “yes” or “no” are automatically shown as checkmarks or crosses.

Billing Toggle

Enable a toggle that lets visitors switch between billing periods (e.g. Monthly and Annual). This filters your data by a grouping column.

Highlighted Plan

Mark a plan as recommended by selecting a column and value that identifies the highlighted plan. The highlighted plan gets a badge and accent colour.

CTA Buttons

Set a label for the call-to-action buttons and map a column containing the link URL for each plan. Links can point to Stripe, Paddle, or any checkout system.

Styling

Customise the price font size, plan name font size, font weight, colours, and the highlight accent colour to match your brand.
