How to organise widgets in projects

Keep your dashboard tidy by moving widgets between projects.

Move a widget to a project

Bulk move widgets

Move multiple widgets at once:

1. Select widgets using the checkboxes
2. Click Move in the bulk actions bar
3. Choose the destination project
4. Confirm the move

Filter by project

View widgets from a specific project:

1. Click the project dropdown at the top of your dashboard
2. Select a project to filter
3. Only widgets in that project are shown

Rename a project

1. Go to Projects in the sidebar
2. Click the ⋮ menu next to the project
3. Select Rename
4. Enter the new name and save

Project settings

Each project has settings for branding that apply across all widgets in the project.

1. Open the project from the dashboard sidebar
2. Click the Settings icon

Brand colors

Add up to 20 brand colors that appear as quick-select swatches in every color picker across widgets in this project. See Brand Colors for details.

Brand font

Set a default font that is automatically applied to new widgets created in the project. You can still change the font on individual widgets after creation. See Widget Font for details.

Delete a project

1. Go to Projects in the sidebar
2. Click the ⋮ menu next to the project
3. Select Delete
4. Choose where to move the widgets (or delete them too)
5. Confirm deletion

Widgets in a deleted project can be moved to another project or deleted along with the project.
