Manage Your Account
Update your profile, authentication methods, and account settings.
Profile Settings
Update Your Name
- Go to Settings → Account
- Update your name
- Click Save
Change Email Address
- Go to Settings → Account
- Enter your new email address
- Verify the new email via the confirmation link
You’ll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.
Authentication Methods
Email and Password
Sign in with your email address and password. This is the traditional sign-in method.
Google Sign-In
Sign in quickly with your Google account. When you use Google Sign-In, you don’t need a separate password for Shareables.
Add Password to Google Account
If you signed up with Google and want to also be able to sign in with a password:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Add Password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Save
Once added, you can sign in with either Google or your email and password.
Change Password
- Go to Settings → Account
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
Reset Forgotten Password
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.
Connected Accounts
Manage your connected data sources:
- Go to Settings → Connections
- View all connected Google and Airtable accounts
- Disconnect or reconnect as needed
Delete Account
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your widgets and data will be lost.
To delete your account:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Click Delete Account
- Re-authenticate to confirm your identity
- Confirm deletion in the modal
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
