How to add a widget to Wix

Embed your Shareables widget on your Wix site.

Copy your widget’s embed code

Open the Share modal in your widget editor and copy your embed code. See How to install on your website for detailed steps.

Choose your editor and add the code

Add an HTML iframe element:

  1. Open your Wix Editor
  2. Click Add Elements (+)
  3. Go to Embed Code → Embed HTML
  4. Drag it to your page

Paste the code:

  1. Click Enter Code
  2. Select Code tab
  3. Paste your Shareables embed code
  4. Click Update

Adjust and publish:

  1. Resize the element as needed
  2. Click Publish to make it live

For best results, set the HTML element to stretch to full width of its container.

Troubleshooting

Widget appears too small

  • Resize the HTML element to be larger
  • Set a minimum height for the element
  • Check responsive settings for different devices

Widget not loading

  • Check your site is published (not just previewed)
  • Verify the embed code is complete
  • Ensure scripts are allowed on your page
